Many of our team building events can, given the right venue, run either indoors or outdoors, or even a mix of the two. Teambuilding Australia’s indoor team building activities are a great way to emphasize themes of your conference or add spice to a team building event. The following events can all run indoors:

EARTHQUAKE

Can your team survive an Earthquake?

Earthquake is designed to promote group problem solving consensus decision-making and an understanding of group dynamics. It is a simulation exercise that asks participants to first solve the problem individually and then as a group making agreed decisions.

A one hour indoors session that engages every one in open discussion.

Participants are asked to respond to the following storyline:
You and some coworkers are in the basement library of your downtown office building finishing a presentation for a meeting the next morning. The building shakes violently. There has been a major earthquake. You begin to pick yourselves up and assess the damage...

Participants determine appropriate action steps to ensure their survival in order of importance as well as those that should be avoided. The scores are then compared against an expert ranking and demonstrate that effective teams generally produce better outcomes than individuals alone (synergy).

This indoor team building icebreaker activity can take place at any location and is designed to accommodate both large and small groups.

Energize your team and let them work together to navigate a miniature Grand Prix racing circuit – using a large pen, string and other equipment.

Each group allocates individual roles of driver, manager, crew, and support team while they figure out how to get around the track as quickly as possible.

Featuring a full race-day theme, MC and visuals, this one hour event is fun and educational, and is a great way to break up a long day of training.

Good to Great teamwork

An addictive, fun-filled game that illustrates high performance teamwork in action! A one hour plus session suitable for 20 to 200 people.

This high energy team building activity will energize any group, and create a room of champions team mates.

A competitive team session is held indoors at a conference or workplace, perfect as an ice-breaker or during the 'Dead Zone' - that pm time where your team’s attention span is waning. A terrific activity that will energize your team, and get them thinking ahead.

Teams play a game on giant score mat and through progressive 2 minute rounds they skilfully toss bean bags into a score zone. The rounds progresses, with teams charting their performance, and as they get used to the game the bar is raised to see which team has what it takes. Fun and educational, this fast-paced activity defiantly breaks up long conference sessions.

The Pitch

A two hour (or more) event that accommodates groups from 20 to 500 people. Able to take place at any location.

Picture it – your team is an advertising agency, tasked with creating an entertaining, informative commercial campaign that highlights your company’s services and products.

Choose from creating a magazine launch, song or jingle for radio promotion or TV commercial, and then your team can get to work.

Team Building Australia will provide everything you need – costumes, props, make-up, music, sound effects and even actors. Each team decides the roles they will allocate, such as director, producer, sound tech, etc.

This is a fantastic opportunity to see just how creative your team can be, as well as helping them better understand the company they work for.

Ideal for teams that want a fun learning experience in 1 hour or more.

This program asks delegates to demonstrate what it takes to win a customer`s business. Each group interacts in a new customer market and is required to come up with a solution.

They will need to use all their skills, creativity, and ingenuity if they are to succeed!

For the finale is teams discuss and discover some the different approaches they took to solving the customers need. This activity is perfect as an initial team event, or as part of a program to anchor the key messages around your business.

Team can optionally create a product launch through a TV commercial or night show for even more fun!

Yes Your Team Can Dance!

A fun and memorable team experience that encourages your employees to shine.

This totally creative, engaging teambuilding experience encourages your teams to explore their potential while they learn some funky dance moves!

Dance teachers are included, and encourage each team to master a particular style of dance in order to choreograph a performance to be performed for the evening show.

All props and music are included so your teams can add some colour and interest to their dance routine.

The Mole

This fantastic energetic team games is perfect for retreats, conferences, or business planning days. Each even is 1 hour and accommodates up to 300 people.

Teams of 6 to 8 people are put together to race against the clock to build an exact copy of a Lego construction, which is located in a separate location.

The catch –there is a Saboteur in the room or teams who task is to sabotage their construction efforts.
The Saboteur is a highly trained expert who will do just about anything to put teams out of the race to win the competition.

Teams need to complete the task successfully without a Saboteur on their team, which will require all of their skills of concentration, observation, and creativity.

Team Pop Stars!

In this sensational team challenge program teams are required to choose, produce, and sing from one of the great music classics. No one misses a beat in what turns out to a hugely entertaining afternoon that concludes with an evening show where teams present their songs to standing ovations.

Your teams are allocated time to prepare and rehearse their chosen song as well as to choose costumes and perhaps organize some choreography. Teams can perform live on stage, or you can have the teams filmed and then screened back in the evening at dinner.

It is a well-known that everybody enjoys a trivia quiz and this is particularly true of our interactive game show style Trivia: phenomenally successful for any type of group, it can incorporate any required themes, shaping them around your requirements.

Teambuilding Australia's game shows are a combination of all the best interactive participation games you've ever played - and one or two that you haven't!

As with Trivia nights, we have a series of rounds that teams compete over.These can operate in order, or we have multiple rounds running at once. The MC runs the show with a mix of theatre and also banter, groups are usually having dinner / drinks and a good time to start is as Mains at dinner is being taken away, prior to desert.

We have teams creating and building objects, such as the tailest tower from straws, guessing objects, picrture round, music, history, who am I etc. TV video quizz, hedge your bets etc.
