LOST - Team synergy game
A brilliant exercise that dramatically proves the power of teamwork and collaboration.
LOST is an indoor simulation game. It starts with individuals that are lost in a location, where each person has to choose and rank the most important item to them in that situation.
Then the individuals are put into teams and tasked with ranking the same items as a team.
Following the exercise the experts score the results to find out which teams performed greater as a team, rather than individuals.
This activity powerfully demonstrates how teams can outperform individuals and the conditions that are needed to make this occur, while maintaining a high energy, fun learning environment.
