Propel your team building to new heights! Which TEAM can build and catapult their launch the furthest distance? The COUNTDOWN begins!

Can your team ‘Outthink’ and ‘Outplay’ the other teams in an amazing
outdoor adventure program?

This program is designed for a conference group who want to escape the conference room and immerse themselves into the local area and experience some of its unique highlights and qualities through participating in a fun filled Scavenger Hunt Race that includes so much more.

OUTHINK: Groups are divided into teams and receive a large of sum of money to spend, instructions as well as a Scavenger Hunt Map of the local area. On it are located large arrays of activities to choose from, all of which are at different
locations.
OUTDO: Teams decide what activities to invest in. All activities can be done simultaneously.
OUTPLAY: The central playing area is set up as a live casino, with play table, music and theming where teams can gamble their hard earned money from the activities they have just played and risk their earnings to make even more!

Secret Service team scavenger hunt...

A unique Scavenger Hunt where your team will discover what they need to know about solving a mystery as they race to different locations against a deadline and deliver!

A fantastic teambuilding scavenger challenge that takes place in a range of outdoor locations across the city in which the plot is set. all teams are competing at first, but through twists and turns, collaboration is needed.

No physical limitations, any location, from 1 hour to all day. Options include, bikes, navigation, helicopters, cars, golf buggies etc.

This program is filled with many options, twists and surprises. Teams are given a set of clues and unique riddles etc, teams will need to diagnose, discover and test their creativity as they navigate the location. Fast-paced, race against the clock, finale as a whole team.

The THRILL of victory and the agony of defeat????great emotion and climax will surround the last minutes of this event!

The winner can emerge with just a few seconds left to play. The competition remains suspenseful right to the end!

Remember the days when you competed in the annual school sports day ? Mum cheering you from the side line and sporting your very best green stripe Vollies? and techni-coloured bib. Running as fast as you possibly could to earn those valuable points for your team in the hope that you achieve hero status amongst your chums. Nothing quite like it!

Yes, Teambuilding Australia has re-launched, re hashed the good olde School Sports Day, nothing is impossible, team T Shirts, uniform and the games are as good as ever, lost of water, buckets, eggs and sacks! Through a series of games and activities an Olympic Sport Day takes place.

Sand Sculpting Team Building

The Great Teambuilding Race

Race to win and build your team to succeed...

Team-building comes alive with Teambuilding Australia's Amazing Race challenge. Groups are divided into teams and participating through a range of team challenge activities, the scores add up to illustrate a winning team.

Teams receive Amazing Race instructions and a Scavenger Hunt Map of the local area. Located on the map are various activities to choose from all of which are at different locations. The race takes teams on a journey in a set location, to points that they may not have visited prior, each point has a challenge or task to complete, time ticks as the teams race to the finish location, ideally a location, with cold beer!

The Way of the Warrior

A Teambuilding challenge of fast, furious problem games.

These Consist Of A Variety Of Fun Problem Solving Activities Where
Individuals Within Teams Need To Work Together And Draw On Their
Resources And Talent Pool To Solve Some Really Challenging
Exercises!

There is a wide mix of challenges to do, some require a good deal of
imagination while others will require plenty of team determination and
communication. There will be a good mix of challenges some being less
physical allowing those with different talents to shine through.

Typically one exercise takes 15 minutes to complete. This will allow for a
number of team rotations. Descriptions of these are detailed in the proposal.

Advantages of this program are that its outdoors, loads of fun and will break up
the conference nicely and re energize a group. Here are just a few examples!

Teams can compete as well as have to co-operate in order to succeed.
Teams can play for a prize.
Incorporate a special finale where all teams come together for the final major challenge. This brings the program to an end of celebration and applause!

Operation Enigma

The best elements of outdoor teambuilding adventures are incorporated into this great team program.

Operation Enigma! is a large-scale challenge that combines the best elements of outdoor experiential into one great adventure.

It is totally customised to fit the needs of your group. This program has just about everything, 4WD, abseiling, boat building, navigation, mountain bike riding and much more. Ideally run from 3 hours to over an evening and the next day, the activity is self driven, facilitated on safety and de-brief, but once the program is initiated, its up to your group to deliver.

A pre-briefing kicks off late pm, followed by a night navigation where teams need to pull together and realize its a ONE team task, though many missions are required, the teams will need to allocate a process, communication system, quality control and leadership. Over a period of time, the team needs to locate 62 pieces of metal to re-create a radio tower. Teambuilding Australia recommends this program for teams seeking knowledge on their performance.

As with Enigma, codes need to be broken, solved and actioned. Perfect for small teams 8 pax to 45 pax, 1 day or multi days, any location.

Teambuilding Australia has created a team building event that is perfect to capture the delegates at an event or function. Digital cameras are supplied to each team, with a brief teams race to capture and solve the brief. Eventually all are captured in the shutter - prizes and awards are presented and the winning images are used in a magazine.
