A leading accounting firm was seeking a team initiative program that was flexible to be implemented in different states of Australia to new graduates. Each state had various group sizes, but the focus was integration and the understanding of the company’s values and culture.
With over 40 programs to offer, we presented a few choices that we thought would appeal to the ‘younger intakes’ plus address the outcomes. So ‘Spy Hunt – A licence to Spy’ was suggested and instantly approved ‘ for this program gets all involved, uses technology and social media platforms, low physical and adapts to locations.
