Lego Serious Play: Virtual workshop
In this hands-on, minds-on workshop your remote teams will participate in a process designed to enhance innovation, creativity, collaboration and of course, to amplify curiosity. Using LEGO they already have at home, or be sent a single LEGO® Serious Play® in the post prior to the workshop, your teams will be asked to use LEGO to explore a specific theme or in response to a critical challenge.
Trivia Game Show
For these video conference games, invite everyone to a ZOOM / Google call and let them know they can bring a pint of their favourite drink; whether that beverage is tea, beer or wine! Then, a host organises everyone into smaller teams and reads out questions. Your team can’t go to the pub together, but they can still do pub trivia and similar virtual happy hour games.
Art Tastic Teams
Email each team member a topic and get them to create an Art picture hand drawn, painted, graffiti etc. then at the conference video each person presents, explaining the creation.
DIY Craft Challenge
The DIY Craft Challenge is a 30 minute surprise activity you can play with your team. To do the challenge, you bring everyone on a virtual call, share the rules and then start a 30 minute timer. Each person has half an hour to build something from materials available at home.
