Evening Team Building

Team building events during the evening, over dinner, at awards nights or at a christmas gala night, can be rewarding for everyone, its just making sure you follow some key rules. Choose an activity that is right for the setting, group and atmosphere. Too many times clients try to drag an event out, its better to go fast and fun, engaging everyone and leave delegates wanting to more. Game Show Mania, X Factor Team Idol, Family Feud and Trivia Quiz nights are still are most popular, because they are flexible and involve everyone.

Success for any evening team building activity:

• Light hearted
• Laughs and giggles
• Keep it simple
• Fun and engaging – nothing silly

• No key messages or de-briefs
• Be creative and different
• Inject some energy.
