Teams get to explore and picture their vision, create and illustrate. Team Building Visionary by Teambuilding Australia is a program geared towards achieving results. Visionary team building activity explores a groups creative picture of the journey from past to future.

As part of a strategic workshop or planning offsite – conference activity, Team building Australia incorporate vision cards to get participants thinking on their vision. Each individual choices a set of cards based on a briefing and rules. Upon an individual choice, teams are created to draw out a team decision based on the same guidelines and rules – after which teams present their choices to the whole room.

Strategic planning is an organization’s process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people. Visionary session helps teams to understand are they seeing themselves all in the same picture. A quick activity that allows all to choose an image about themselves, the team and the business.

All strategic planning deals with at least one of three key questions:
What do we do?
For whom do we do it?
How do we excel?
